    I have come through a childhood of sexual, manipulative abuse trauma I had suppressed for 30 yrs! My trauma was hidden by myself until it awoke @ 35yrs of age via PTSD. I had to find a way to heal as I had a son on my own    ​
  • Then after an out of body experience I was told my message
  •  We have to face the pain of trauma we can not die anymore, as we are all repeating history and trauma will only increase until we heal !! The earth as a a mother cannot cope.
  • I knew then, there was no way out other than going in! xxx
  • So from that day on I went in and in and in ....  and I found the true me and the tools of magic frequency within and of our collective suppressed trauma - heal the past memories and manifest and change  !!
  • I have had many past issues of abuse with drugs, alcohol, eating disorders, suicide attempts and unhealthy relationships, I have suffered the pain of PTSD, anxiety, depression,IBS, Skin conditions  - but I have come through it and now a proud survivor not a victim!
  • I actually believe mental health issues can be an amazing experience of spiritual growth. But this can only happen if medicated and treated in the correct way. Western culture tends to suppress with medication, which maybe needed from time time but long term is no cure. To move through it and understand it can be and experience of cocoon to butterfly!! Seriously, in shamanic times the Doctor would be the one who had experienced the deepest mental struggles - so a very positive a sign and showed strength, knowledgeable and wisdom.
     I believe these journeys make us feel such depth of emotion that with that amazing power of love can also be felt too.  When we move and clear this energy we can enjoy the passion of joy and love and come through and understand our healing. ​
